Our Home Selling System

One of the factors to selling your home for more money is staging—making your home more appealing and inviting to the majority of potential buyers.

Staging is an integral part of getting the home sold quickly. Even though your home may be beautifully designed, there may be some adjustments needed to get your home to appeal to the widest range of buyers.

Buyers need to see what your home looks like before they decide to visit. They need visual imagery to picture themselves in your home. To enhance the exposure of your home, we utilize a professional photographer who showcases all the best features of your home, both inside and out and create a virtual tour with the photographs to provide a specialized online tour.

Print marketing is also a strong component of my marketing plan. We invest in color flyers for listed properties that includes photos of your home along with all the information. We will send “Just Listed” postcards with your property information to potential buyers as well as neighbors.

Buyers begin their home search online. According to the National Association of REALTORS, the majority of buyers are doing just that. Once we list your home on the MLS, there are dozens, if not hundreds, of websites your listing will be included on – even internationally!

REALTOR.com, Zillow, and Redfin are some of the sites you may have heard of and your listing will be on every one of them

One of the best ways to get the most potential buyers into your home is to make sure that all the agents in the area know about it. We have great relationships with a community of other local agents and you can be sure that the local agents are all notified. We will do as many public open houses as YOU want and we will work with you to develop and open house strategy that is perfect for your home. After the open houses, we will provide you with a thorough breakdown of who We spoke with and what was accomplished.

We make sure you stay update not only during the marketing process, but through the closing process. We reach out to brokers after each showing asking for their feedback (which we provide to you), keep you up-to-date with a marketing and pending to closing calendar, and will communicate with the neighborhood to inform them of your listing progress and what to expect for open house days.
